Terms of use

Combocast HR is an internal system provided by Combocast to its own personnel. It is not offered to the public, has no customers, and is not available for sign-up. Access is granted by the company and ends when the employment relationship does.

Who may use it

People with an active combocast.com Google Workspace account, signing in with that account. Accounts outside the domain are refused. Do not share your account, and do not sign in on behalf of someone else — every administrative action is attributed to the person who took it.

Use it for what it is for

Book and approve leave, read your own pay and review records, and carry out HR administration you are authorised to do. Do not use it to obtain information about a colleague that your role does not entitle you to, and do not copy salary, review or leave data out of the system except where your job requires it. Much of what this system holds is confidential about someone other than you.

What the records mean

This system is the company's record of leave, pay and reviews, but it does not itself move money and it is not your employment contract. Where a figure here disagrees with your contract or with what was actually paid, the contract and the payment are what count — tell HR so the record can be corrected.

A payroll month that has been reported to the accountant is deliberately frozen and cannot be edited afterwards. Corrections to a closed month are made as a further dated entry rather than by rewriting history.

Notifications

The system sends email and, where the Pumble add-on is enabled and your account is linked, Pumble messages. These are notifications — a prompt to come and look. The record in this system is the authoritative one, and a message that is delayed, undelivered or out of date does not change what the record says. What a message may and may not contain is set out in the privacy notice.

Availability

This is an internal tool maintained by the company. It carries no service-level commitment and may be taken down, changed or have features removed without notice. Report anything that looks wrong — particularly a figure about your own pay or leave — to HR rather than relying on it.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top says when they last were. Continuing to use the system means the current version applies.
